iFolder3

iFolder Web Access

  1. Open your internet browser.
  2. In the address line click and type if3.oru.edu and press the ENTER key.
  3. Choose FACULTY AND STAFF or STUDENT.
  4. If a "Security Alert" window appears, click OK and/or YES.  You may have one or two of these windows appear.
  5. The "Novell iFolder Login" window will appear.
  6. Type in the text box net to "Username:" your Novell username.
  7. Type in the text box next to "Password:" your Novell password.
  8. Click LOG IN.
  9. If the Auto Complete window appears, click NO.
  10. Your iFolders are now displayed.
  11. On this window you can:
    -Select and open your iFolders.
    -From the New Folder box on the right side of the window your can create new folders to save in one of your ifolders.
    -Work on documents that are inside your iFolders.

To Create a New Folder

  1. Click the iFolder where you want the new folder to be placed.
  2. In the New Folder box on the right, type in the new folder's name.
  3. Click CREATE.
  4. Your new folder has bow been created.
  5. Files can be added to the new folder from this location or from your desktop.
  6. It is very important that you LOG OUT! Especially if you are on a "public" computer.
