An email scam currently focusing on Universities is causing major problems to Students and Faculty around the country. Please read this article for more information.
The ORU I.T. Department will never solicit Students to provide user name and login information. If you are a faculty or staff member and have questions concerning an email that you have received, please call the I.T. Helpdesk at x6315 for verification.

Update 10.03.08 - The internet service provider OneNet is experiencing a problem and will be back up soon.

Update 9.29.08 - The outbound e-mail issue has been resolved.

Update 9.29.08 - Current All outbound e-mail is bouncing back to the inbox. We are working to resolve this issue.

Update 9.26.08 - This weekend there will be some upgrades to our e-mail system that may affect iPhone users with GroupWise e-mail. Please visit it.oru.edu on Monday to possibly fix any issuess this might cause.

Update 9.25.08 - iFolder is currently down undergoing updates to provide better service to you.

Update 9.25.08 - Due to the Fred Creek project and telephone switch upgrade all phones in the Mabee Center and the Baby Mabee will be transferred over to new wiring during the next few weeks. This will cause a disconnect and reconnect that will interrupt service for approximately one minute for each phone line.

Update - 9.19.08 - Internet service will be restarted at 5pm today. This will only affect guardian users. The restart will last 5 minutes.

Update 9.18.08 - GroupWise Service has been restored.

Update 9.18.08- Currently we are having slow response times on GroupWise Client. We are working to resolve the issue.

Update 9.12.08 - For the next 30min the internet might be down for a system upgrade.
